Last December, we went Universal Studio for a winter vacation. I know it would be a problem for my youngest son walking the entire day in the park so, I was looking for a stroller and we find this website strollercare. I book for the time period of our vacation. First time renting a stroller and really loved StrollerCare service. The stroller was brand new. They were the only that would deliver outside the parks area. They delivered and pick up on a timely manner.

We had a MAJOR delay in our flight and came in 4 hours late. Stroller care did not make a big deal of it. They adjusted our drop off time and were there waiting for us when we arrived. They were also there when we left! This company was super easy to work with, communicated well and their products were clean and worked well. We rented a double stroller with a glider and 3 car seats. Very happy and would use them again!

Excellent and on time

Strollercare was wonderful for our Disney world vacation. They met us at our hotel, even had a small gift for my girls. We used the double stroller all week. Stroller was clean and had all items we ordered with it. When it was time for pickup, they met us at the lobby at the hotel and picked up stroller. I would highly recommend, and will use stroller care again if needed in the future.

I rented a stroller and car seat from them and everything was clean and in great condition. The gift they left my son was fab too – a Hot Wheels car, not a cheap throwaway toy. We had some issues with our drop off but it was an easy and honest mistake due to plane timings, it got resolved quickly and amicably. I would recommend this company to anyone, they made our stay in Orlando far easier than it would have been.

Perfect and timely service.

Stroller Care provided two clean, almost-new strollers (a BOB and a City Mini) exactly on time, delivering them to our Disney resort hotel lobby. We were not planning on renting strollers at all as we assumed our 6 year old would walk at Disney, and planned to bring one for our 4 yr old. A few days before our trip we decided to err on the side of caution. Stroller Care’s prices were low enough that we rented two single strollers rather than deal with the inconvenience of flying with one. Renting strollers was by far the best decision–Disney is huge, and even older kids get tired and overstimulated. The cost was minimal compared to the convenience. I highly recommend Stroller Care!

I was very satisfied with my rental experience. the price was also very affordable and less than everyone else. The ability to rent nice car seats (compared to the crappy overpriced ones from car rental companies) was awesome! The rep delivered everything on time and at the car pickup place at the airport, The stroller was also top notch, new, and clean. My kids loved the stroller so much, we might buy the Citimini double stroller ourselves. I suggest trying to stay in contact with the company if you’re late or early (they are always available on chat or phone) Initially I didn’t see that many reviews about this company so I was worried, but I can vouch they are real, very professional and you’re getting nice quality stuff! I’m definitely using them again when I go to Disneyworld!

They were amazing!! This was my first time renting strollers when we traveled and I will never take mine again!! (At least to FL) Even though I was so stressed when we arrived they went above and beyond to make life easier on me. Traveling with a 7, 5 and 2 year old as well as twin 7 month olds was stressful enough. Then I was at the wrong side of the airport from where they drop off but the AMAZING guy delivering the double strollers and car seat for my 2 year old walked all the way over to terminal A to bring me the 2 strollers and car seat so my husband and I didn’t have to go get them. They even came to pick them up at 4am at the airport! They also had sweet little gifts for each child and had their names on printed tags. The strollers and car seat were in excellent condition and came with a parent console and rain covers which were so handy! I will definitely be renting from them for all future trips to Orlando / Disney!!

I hesitate in the beginning but they don’t ask for a credit card number nothing … I did my reservation via chat since I was having issues doing that online. They delivered the stroller at the hotel and pick up at the hotel. Soooo extremely convenience .
