What is the cancellation policy?A full refund will be given for all cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the delivery date. All cancellations made within the 48-hour window will be charged a minimum rental fee of $ 33 for a single stroller, $ 43 for a double stroller, $ 28 for a car seat and $ 28 for a baby high chair. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your stroller rental. In the case of "epidemic" or "pandemic" reserved us the right to schedule your refund for the next three months.

Is the delivery free?Yes! We don’t charge for deliveries and return to places all around the theme parks’ area. The only exception is the airport. We have a $20,00 fee to deliver and return at the airport.

Do I need to be in person for delivery and collection?Depending on the location, Disney hotels do not allow the stroller to be left at the reception, in which case we need your presence to make the delivery and or pickup. Other locations in Orlando may deliver and collect without your presence as long as the form of payment is not tied to the time of delivery or collection.

What is the delivery and collection area for StrollerCare?Our company offers rental of our products throughout and around Orlando, such as Apopka, Altamonte Springs, Winter Park, Celebration, Davenport, Doctor Phillips, Hunters Creek, Kissimmee, Lake Buena Vista, Lake Hart, Polk City, Lake Mary, Poinciana and Winter Garden among others. Our area is always updated, if your place of accommodation is not listed within our working area, contact our company, by email, phone or iMessage/WhatsApp, we will soon check the availability to attend you. What is the condition of the products?Our products are always renewed. When they are no longer within our high-quality standards, we replace them immediately.

Are your strollers clean?City Mini, Summit X3 and Mini GT have their fabric removed and laundered using Ecolab commercial laundry detergent after each rental. Bob strollers are hand cleaned with hot water, hydrogen peroxide cleanser and steam.

How does insurance work?We have the option of insurance of the stroller with the lowest market value where for a small extra value ($15), guarantees a replacement at no additional cost in case of loss, theft or damage. If you choose not to have insurance, you are responsible for returning the stroller/product in the same condition you received it, to better customer satisfaction we avoid visible repairs to our products, any visible damage will be your responsibility and product replacement. The value of the products we work varies from 400 to 1.000 dollars.

What if my stroller has a problem?We work with immediate replacement of products in case of any problem presented.

What to do in case of theft or damage?You should first contact the park, mall, outlet, or other security personnel immediately to report theft or damage and to record the occurrence.

This will put undue stress on the brake assembly and may cause cracking or breakage of the brake assembly.
