Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

StrollerCare is the owner of all of the rental equipment. Company is not offering the product for sale, and Customer is not buying it. Customer acknowledges that the equipment must be for personal use only. By hiring our services the customer accepting the terms and conditions of this rental, Customer acknowledges that he has read, understood and agreed to the terms below.

Reservations and payment of rental fees

Payment is made by card at the time of reservation on the website or when the product is delivered. StrollerCare will confirm your reservation by email within 24 hours. The products’ colors may vary from the images shown.

Delivery, ownership and use

At the booking time, Customer will specify the name and location of the resort, hotel or vacation home in the Orlando area, where the item(s) will be delivered and collected. If the customer needs to change the location for delivery or collection, please contact StrollerCare for clarification.

Equipment Return 

Customer must ensure that all rental items are available for pick-up at the designated resort, hotel or vacation home at the date and time specified on the reservation. All rental items must be returned at the house entrance or the resort (or hotel) registration desk listed in the confirmation email. Any rental item must not be left in the guest room after check-out. Rental items left in the rooms incur a $50 recovery fee. Customer is 100% responsible for the availability of the items at the reception for collection. In case of items being returned from vacation rentals, we prefer that someone else is available on the spot to deliver the items. Late return of rented products shall imply a $20 fine.

Damage or equipment lost

Customer will accept full responsibility for caring the equipment while in its possession. You are responsible for paying the full replacement value of any item(s) rented under this Agreement if it is not returned to Stroller Care within 48 hours of the end of the contract. Customer also agrees to authorize the replacement cost of each rented item(s) to Customer’s credit card in case the rented item(s) is not returned. In the event an item(s) has been recovered after the customer has been charged, Customer shall receive a full refund.

Asset management and geolocation

All StrollerCare products have geolocation monitoring and asset management devices, which serve solely and exclusively for internal control of the company’s asset management, as well as the recovery of lost products if necessary. Once the stroller is with customers we do not keep the service active unless the additional fee is paid allowing the customer himself to monitor the location of his stroller, a fact that has already helped several customers to locate their strollers within the geographical immensity of the theme parks. StrollerCare does not monitor the location of its customers, only when requested in writing or in case of loss of products, thereby avoiding many times that the customer has to file a police record and pay for the product if he has not opted for insurance coverage.

Cancellation policy

A full refund will be given for all cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the delivery date. All cancellations made within the 48-hour window will be charged a minimum rental fee of $ 33 for a single stroller, $ 43 for a double stroller, $ 28 for a car seat and $ 28 for a baby high chair. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your stroller rental. In the case of “epidemic” or “pandemic” reserved us the right to schedule your refund for the next three months. Refunds for canceled bookings will be executed via PayPal.
