Great service! We rented a stroller for my 3 year old grandson. We flew into Orlando and had decided we didn’t need to bring one with us, big mistake. The online reservation was easy to do. Delivery was on time and we were provided instructions on how to use the stroller. They even included a little treat for my grandson. Overall the experience was a positive one.

The stroller was very comfortable for my daughter. Before renting it, I was considering renting it in Disney parks but I am glad I didn’t because Disney’s strollers looked very uncomfortable and hard (only plastic!). For me it was also a relief to have the stroller delivered to my hotel. I didn’t have to worry about finding a place to rent one. My daughter is 6 years old and she can walk however she wouldn’t have made it in Disney’s parks. Kids get too tired and it is impossible to carry them. The stroller company contacted me and delivered the stroller right on time. I loved the stroller and the service from the company.

My experience with StrollerCare was seamless. From the process of reserving the stroller in advance to arranging drop off and pick up, StrollerCare representatives were professional and great to communicate with. Our flight to Orlando was delayed so instead of meeting us at the airport they dropped the stroller off at the resort and sent a photo of where it was waiting for us upon arrival. I would use this service again without hesitation – it was so convenient to have the stroller for our trip but not have to worry about travelling with such a large baby item on top of what we already had.
