We got the CityMini GT and it was the perfect stroller for my 5 and 4 year olds. We did a day at SeaWorld and at Disney. We had no issues with our items in the storage compartments for easy access and quick pickups. The company was amazing at dropping off and picking up at our resort off property. The stroller was clean and in great shape. Would work with them for all future visits in Florida.

Our flight was delayed and we could not drop the stroller off to the airport. It was amazing how they dropped / delivered our stroller last minute to a different drop off spot and a different day and they were so easy to deal With and talk to in the app or what’s app !!

Accidentally ordered 2 strollers when I only needed one, and they double checked with me that I needed it and easily refunded me when I told them I had made a mistake. There was a small gift left for our little one which was a nice touch. Dropped off at the hotel without us needing to be there. Stroller itself was very nice and moved smoothly. Perfect experience!

StrollerCare has been the best purchase for our trip this far! They gave our girls little coloring books to use and they were super useful waiting in lines to see characters and what not! We have had zero issues with our stroller and got poured on one day of our trip and they made sure we had a rain cover for the stroller! The stroller was very comfortable for my daughter. Before renting it, I was considering renting it in Disney parks but I am glad I didn’t because Disney’s strollers looked very uncomfortable and hard (only plastic!). For me it was also a relief to have the stroller delivered to my hotel. I didn’t have to worry about finding a place to rent one. My daughter is 6 years old and she can walk however she wouldn’t have made it in Disney’s parks. Kids get too tired and it is impossible to carry them. The stroller company contacted me and delivered the stroller right on time. I loved the stroller and the service from the company.

Amazing service! Very friendly lady brought our stroller to our hotel and showed us how to use it. Stroller itself was very clean and super easy to use. Also gave us a free rain cover which was needed and ended up being cheaper than the rest of the companies :)

Great service! We rented a stroller for my 3 year old grandson. We flew into Orlando and had decided we didn’t need to bring one with us, big mistake. The online reservation was easy to do. Delivery was on time and we were provided instructions on how to use the stroller. They even included a little treat for my grandson. Overall the experience was a positive one.

Absolutely amazing service! We only decided last minute that we should really hire a pram so before we left the UK we booked one on the website. The pram was delivered and waiting for us at our first hotel then we left it at our last hotel before leaving Orlando. Cannot fault this company! Highly recommend to everyone!! Thank you!

Great experience! We rented a single stroller for 6 days at WDW. Drop off was easy and the stroller was much nicer than anything you could get in the parks. Our daughter took a lot of naps inside, which saved our days honestly. We recommend highly!

Wonderful experience
My family and I had a great experience with StrollerCare. We stayed at a Disney Resort for 7 days during the holidays. The parks were very busy but using the high quality stroller made it easy to get around. StrollerCare was able to accommodate my arrival time at my resort and the delivery was prompt. They also provided a quick and easy explanation of the stroller use and kept me updated with the arrival and pick-up times. StrollerCare also included extras for free like caddy for drinks and snacks and a rain cover (which we used twice and my grandson remained completely dry). In addition, the price was much less than Disney and I loved that it included a name tag that made it very easy to find among the hundreds of look-a-like strollers from Disney. Thanks for the great service. I will use you again and will spread the word!

Just great service overall! We ordered two strollers on different days and they delivered it the night before (like 11pm I think) to ensure we had it ready for the park the next morning. I also changed the return/pickup date/time very easily. AND all of this I did via whatsapp!! So super efficient!!

Game changer! We were on the fence on if we should rent a stroller or just get one at the park. Our stroller arrived spotless, early and in perfect working condition. It made our park days so much easier and was perfect to navigate the parks. Our kids are 4 & 6– and we 100% agree that the stroller was a huge part of our park success!

We left our personal stroller at the airport and it was evening when I contacted Orlando Strollers. They were closing and the chat lady online went above and beyond to make sure our stroller order went through and it arrived next morning 7am. The stroller was super clean and new looking. Great stroller and service! Company made it super convenient by bringing it to the room at the resort. It included a rain cover, which was perfect for the very rainy day we had, and kept everything nice and dry.

Strollercare was awesome! So easy and seamless to use. And the stroller was so comfortable for my kids trip to Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom. Their customer service was also great – I had to make a change to my reservation last minute and they were very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Stroller Care was by far the most inexpensive option but the service was just as excellent as the more expensive services we have used in the past. We were going to forego using a booster this trip but because it was included with the stroller for such a tiny amount extra we decided to go ahead and rent one. Both items were clean and looked brand new. Delivery was right on time and left outside our door. I wish we knew about Stroller Care on previous trips!
