Great stroller and service! Company made it super convenient by bringing it to the room at the resort. It included a rain cover, which was perfect for the very rainy day we had, and kept everything nice and dry.

We ordered two carseats, and I was nervous that there was thing to be a big problem, but they were really great! They got us the carseats when we needed them, and picked them up when we were done! This was an awesome service to go through!!

Great service from StrollerCare! They arrived earlier than expected (20min) but that was perfect for me. They texted me that they were at the resort and that I could come by when ready. Stroller arrived super clean and in great condition and the model version I was looking for! It also had the parent console and rain cover. Super easy transaction. The best experience ever ! Stroller was with the resort before we arrived. They have our Name tags so it was easy to identify when we were at Disney. They also had treats for our kids. First time renting a stroller and really loved StrollerCare service. The stroller was brand new. They were the only that would deliver outside the parks area. They delivered and pick up on a timely manner.

We had a MAJOR delay in our flight and came in 4 hours late. Stroller care did not make a big deal of it. They adjusted our drop off time and were there waiting for us when we arrived. They were also there when we left! This company was super easy to work with, communicated well and their products were clean and worked well. Strollercare was such a lifesaver for our Disney trip! We forgot our stroller and we’re kind of frantic about spending the extra money renting a stroller but not only was it cheaper, but way easier because they delivered it right to our hotel!
