Great service. Stroller was dropped off in hotel lobby and it was personalized with my child’s names as well as a goodie bag. At the end of my trip, I left the stroller in the lobby and they picked it up. So convenient and hassle free

This service was excellent. They were on time, we were not, our plane was delayed. They waited for two hours, and when we still hadn’t arrived, they asked us to text when we arrived and they would come right back, and they did. We rented a Citimini GT. The stroller was really clean, I thought a rented stroller would be worn and dirty. It barely looked used. I was so very happy with this service, I would recommend it to anyone.

Stroller care was a God send to us. I knew my 2 & 4 year olds could not walk Disney. A very nice double stroller was waiting at our hotel when we arrived. My kids were super excited to see that had a little prize waiting for them. The double stroller was so much nicer than the ones the parks rent and was far more economical. Both kids took naps and looked really comfy. 10/10 would recommend.

Easiest rental company to work with! Our stroller was delivered to our hotel, and picked up a few days later at the exact time I selected. They sent reminder text messages and emails, and I didn’t pay anything until they picked up the stroller. Great quality stroller that made our lives so much easier at the Disney parks!

The price was great, there were more options for pick up & drop off times to choose from, pick up & drop off were right on time, the stroller was in excellent condition, and there were helpful accessories to go with the stroller. Our flight was delayed so we were late getting to the hotel, we were meant to pay on drop off of our double buggy which Strollercare changed to when they picked it up after our holiday. The best experience ever ! Stroller was with the resort before we arrived. They have our Name tags so it was easy to identify when we were at Disney. They also had treats for our kids. Stroller Care was awesome. They delivered the stroller to our hotel before we even got there, easy to pick up at the bell stand and then I just took it to the bell stand before we left and it was picked up. Easy peasy. The stroller was there when I went to the front desk to pick it up though slight confusion because the stroller had my son’s name on it vs our last name. That was more of a front desk issue. Stroller was defiantly well used, a little frayed on the bottom and on the canopy but it’s a rental and the price could not be beat.
