I loved this stroller!!! It was so convenient that they dropped off and picked up from our hotel! They had a little hot wheels for my son and a little zebra for my daughter. I will definitely rent from them again!

This service is amazing! They delivered and picked up the stroller right on time to where we were staying. The stroller was in great condition….like new! The rental was super cheap and worth every penny! This stroller looked much more comfortable than the Disney hard plastic strollers for less than 1/2 the Disney price for 4 days!! We were very happy with Strollercare. We didn’t have to worry about anything at all. We met for pickup at the resort and then at the airport for drop off. The stroller was in great condition, we also had a rain fly, snack-tray, and adult cup holder. They also came with small gifts for the kids which made them super happy, it was a nice gesture. We ordered two carseats, and I was nervous that there was thing to be a big problem, but they were really great! They got us the carseats when we needed them, and picked them up when we were done! This was an awesome service to go through!!

Great service from StrollerCare! They arrived earlier than expected (20min) but that was perfect for me. They texted me that they were at the resort and that I could come by when ready. Stroller arrived super clean and in great condition and the model version I was looking for! It also had the parent console and rain cover. Super easy transaction. It was great. The stroller was in excellent shape. Delivered right on time. Communication was fantastic. The cute toy suprises were an added bonus each personalized to both children and appropriate to their age. My nephew is still playing with the little car he got!!! My daughter loved her little toy dog she got as well. We will definitely be using this service again when we come back to Orlando.

Clean stroller and cute surprise for the kiddos upon pick up! However had issue with wheel falling off and customer service never receiving our voicemail. Despite that issue, the stroller met our needs and was conveniently delivered to our hotel.

Deciding to use stroller care for our Disney trip was absolutely one of the best decisions of of entire vacation. The 2 strollers we rented for a 4 and 5 year old were perfect. The kids even napped in them multiple times. That saved us from going back and forth to the hotel. We had storage for bags and souvenirs and the delivery to the hotel was super convenient. It was really an excellent service! I´ve rented 2 strollers and there were in excellent conditions at all. When I went to Disney World I thought that we can use the strollers that Disney rents inside the parks but when we saw this strollers we noticed that they are not comfortable and too expensive (USD 30 double strollers and 20 single) but we needed the strollers, so we decided to surf the internet to find strollers and we found STROLLER CARE and they solved the problem immediately ! I rented the strollers very late at night and very early in the morning they delivered the strollers so we got them before going to the park this morning. the price was 75 USD for two strollers !!! My experience with StrollerCare was seamless. From the process of reserving the stroller in advance to arranging drop off and pick up, StrollerCare representatives were professional and great to communicate with. Our flight to Orlando was delayed so instead of meeting us at the airport they dropped the stroller off at the resort and sent a photo of where it was waiting for us upon arrival. I would use this service again without hesitation – it was so convenient to have the stroller for our trip but not have to worry about travelling with such a large baby item on top of what we already had.

Could not ask for better service! Was a little sceptical with the pay after you’re done using it since the only information you have to provide is your name, phone number and email but it really is true! I paid once I was finished and the price was super reasonable. I rented a double stroller that was in like new condition! Pick up and drop off was convenient and was very easy to switch times. Definitely recommend this company to anyone who does not want to lug a stroller on top of all their luggage!

Incredibly prompt based on appointment times. Stroller was very clean, that it looked almost brand new. Only thing was it was missing was the shoulder strap on the seat belt. Otherwise, the stroller and experience was perfect at a fraction of the cost of other stroller rental companies.
