Why renting a stroller?
Renting a stroller for your Orlando vacation is a game-changer! Theme parks are massive, and after walking miles all day, both kids and parents get tired. Even if your little one doesn’t use a stroller at home, having one at the park makes life so much easier, giving them a comfy spot to rest whenever they need it! -
What products are included with the stroller?We offer free rain cover and parent console (cup holder for parents) with every stroller.

Are the strollers within Disney standards?Yes! All our products meet the latest Disney standards, and we’re always on top of any upcoming changes.

What is the cancellation policy?If you need to cancel your stroller rental, we’ve got you covered! You’ll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before your delivery date. If you cancel within 48 hours, there’s a 50% charge. Just let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
In cases of an epidemic or pandemic, we reserve the right to process your refund within three months. Refunds are handled through Stripe, and it usually takes 5-7 days for the money to show up on your card. -
Can I rent a product with a shorter period than the one offered in the StrollerCare package?Yes! But we work with 4-day packages rental, so if you choose to rent it for 2 days or 4 days, the price will be the same.

How does it work to rent a product?It’s super easy! Just hop onto our website, pick the dates you want the stroller delivered and picked up, and we’ll show you what’s available. Once you’ve chosen your stroller, enter the delivery location and time, fill in some basic info, and you’re all set. Quick and simple! Now, just sit back, relax, and wait for us to deliver your stroller so you can enjoy your vacation!

How to identify my stroller in the parks?We have included a sign and badge in the stroller with your family name, our logo and StrollerCare contacts for easy identification in the parks!

How far in advance should I book?The sooner, the better to make sure your desired stroller is available! We recommend booking at least a week before your delivery date. Note that for next day delivery you need to book it until 6PM of the day prior! If you need something last minute, just reach out to us via chat and we’ll see if we can make it happen.

I forgot to reserve my stroller in advance, and I'm already in Orlando, can I still rent it?Yes, it is possible to get a same-day delivery, but you need to contact us over one of our service channels directly and check product availability and delivery viability with an attendant.

Why is the weight listed on your site different from what I see on other websites?We stick to the weight recommendations provided by the manufacturers, so that’s what we show on our site. We don’t feel right listing anything different. You can always double-check the weight on Amazon or directly from the manufacturer’s website!

Do you work with travel agents?We work with some travel agents in some countrys. If you are a travel agent please email us and we can send you information on how to offer our service to your clients. We offer a great commissionable referral program available to all travel agents!

- Deliveries and Returns

Is the delivery free?Yes! We don’t charge for deliveries and return to places all around the theme parks’ area. The only exception is the airport. We have a $20 fee to deliver and return at the airport.

Do I need to be in person for delivery and return?It depends on the location! Disney hotels do not allow the stroller to be left at front desk, in which case we need your presence to make the delivery and or pickup. We also need to meet you in person, at curbside area, for MCO deliveries and pick ups, Other locations in Orlando do not require meet and greet!

What is the delivery and return area for StrollerCare?Our company offers delivery of our products throughout and around Orlando area, such as Celebration, Clermont, Davenport, Kissimmee, Lake Buena Vista, Winter Garden among others... If you're unsure about your area/address, simply contact us and we will be able to tell you if it is within our delivery zone! We do not provide delivery services to Downtown Orlando, areas east of the Florida Turnpike, airport area, Haines City, or St. Cloud.

What if I drop off the stroller outside your delivery zone?There is a USD125,00 fee in case of drop off outside our delivery zone, once we will have to send one of our agents to complete the pick up. If you are in any doubt as to whether we can deliver and pick up in your area, please don't hesitate to contact us to confirm.

Is it possible to deliver the product at one address and return at another?Yes! When filling the place and time of delivery and return, the customer can choose different delivery and pick up locations.

What is the condition of the products?We continuously update our products to ensure they meet our high-quality standards. If any product falls short, we replace it right away.

Are your strollers clean?We carefully clean and sanitize all our products after each rental. Baby Jogger fabrics are removed and laundered using gentle, baby-safe detergent. Bob strollers are hand-cleaned with hot water, a hydrogen peroxide cleanser, and steam for a thorough clean. Every item is fully sanitized to ensure the highest level of cleanliness for your little one.

- Insurance, Security and Monitoring System

How does insurance work?We offer optional stroller insurance for an additional $15. With insurance, you're covered for a replacement at no extra cost in case of loss, theft, or damage. If you choose not to add insurance, you’ll be responsible for returning the stroller or product in the same condition you received it. Our products range in value from $400 to $1,000, and if any item is damaged or not returned without insurance, we use current Amazon prices to determine the charge.

What should I do in case of theft or damage?If your stroller is stolen or damaged, please contact the security personnel at the park, mall, or location that you're at immediately to report the incident and have it documented.

How does the tracking system offered for strollers work?For an additional $10, we offer a tracking system for our strollers. This system isn’t constantly active but can be turned on if you contact us. Once activated, we’ll locate the stroller and dispatch our team to recover it in the event of theft or loss. To increase the chances of recovering your belongings, please notify us as soon as possible. Our recovery success rate is 80%.

What is the difference between insurance and tracking system?Insurance covers the stroller itself. If it’s lost or stolen, simply send us the incident report, and we’ll replace the stroller at no extra cost. The tracking system focuses on recovering your belongings. If the stroller is stolen or lost, we’ll activate the tracking system, recover the stroller and your belongings (if possible), and sanitize the stroller before returning it to you.

If I pay for the tracking system, will it guarantee the replacement of my valuables in the event of theft?No, the tracking system provides a way to locate and recover the stroller and your belongings. Once activated, we’ll track and attempt to recover them at no additional cost. Our recovery success rate is 80%, but we cannot guarantee the return of all valuables and we do not refund you for the stolen/lost items.

What can I do to lessen the chances of it getting lost or stolen?- Always park the stroller in designated stroller parking areas.
- Lock the brake when the stroller is not in use.
- Ensure the ID tag on the bottom of the stroller is visible and unobstructed.
- Avoid leaving valuables in the stroller when unattended.
- Do not remove any wheels, as this may damage the brake assembly and lead to breakage.
