They were very flexible with any changes we made to the order and when we had a flat tire, they made sure that a replacement stroller was promptly given to us. Top notch ease of use experience for when travelling into Orlando from abroad. We had the stroller delivered well on time and with a small surprise for our kiddo. The stroller came in absolutely handy. It was a game changer for our trip especially when it rained or when we stayed at the parks late.

Delivery and pickup was very easy . They met me when it was convenient for me, which was a 7:00 AM drop off and a 10:00 PM pickup. They had great communication reminders about the rental such as where and when to meet and also ‘day of’ communication status on the person dropping off and picking up the stroller. The stroller was in great shape and very comfortable for my grand baby. I will definitely use them again on my next trip.

This is the fifth time we’ve used Stroller Care and we will be using them again. I always have a great experience with them & have never had any issues. I had to use a different company last trip because it was last minute and there weren’t strollers available with Stroller Care. The other company’s stroller was hard to push and wasn’t in the best condition. I never have that issue with Stroller Care. Their rentals are always in great condition, they communicate well and have always been flexible if my plans changed. Stroller Care is our favorite rental company by far. -Fantasmic Mama & Co.

Stroller was dropped off and picked up on time. There was even a small gift left. Stroller was of high quality and really beneficial on this trip. My daughter found it very comfortable. We found it to be much better than buying one and leaving it which was our original plan. Excellent communication throughout. Would definitely use Stroller Care when returning to Orlando.

Stroller was delivered on time at resort for when we arrived, stroller was perfect for our requirements for walking a million miles around the Disney parks, getting on and off the transportation, it’s fair to say we gave it some serious use. Collected on time from the hotel on departure. Will definitely use StrollerCare on our next visit.

The stroller was delivered on time and the agent was nice. We used it to go everywhere, including when riding Disney buses and Uber. The stroller was high quality, very comfortable and useful for carrying bags and stuff. They were fast in answering our messages. We also had a small change of plans and they were super kind in helping to find a quick solution.

Such a great experience! They made pick up and drop off so easy. They even left little gifts for all of our kiddos in the stroller when they dropped the strollers off super early in the morning- the kids absolutely loved it! They were easy to communicate with and kept in touch when they were going to drop off and pick up. We absolutely loved our experience with this company and the strollers made our vacation so much easier with Disney & Universal!

What a great experience! Our stroller and car seat were delivered to us in person at the airport! She showed us exactly how to use it and all the little extras. They even included a little goodie bag for our toddler! The price was affordable compared to other companies and communication was on point! Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend for car seat hire. All three car seats were in great condition and the company were waiting for us with the seats at the car hire desk when our flight landed. Will definitely be using again on our next trip.

Renting the double stroller was a lifesaver while we maneuvered around Universal & Disney. It was smooth, comfortable and easy to collapse. The lady that dropped it off at our Airbnb was so sweet and friendly, she took the time to go through all the features and they even had a little gift for both of my kids (which was so unexpected and my kids loved it). It was so convenient to have them drop off and pick up. We would definitely rent from them again and will always recommend this company for stroller rentals.

These strollers are amazing. We got the double and it was so easy to get around disney and they folded very compatible. I have a 10month old and 4 year old that took comfy naps the whole Disney trips. Will never rent from Disney again. Price is amazing and they deliver and pickup. Thanks again!

We had a great experience! They were very accommodating when we got delayed on the way down. We texted and they were able to move pick up back. Once arrived sent a text again and the strollers were there in 10 minutes! We were given a demo of how to use the stroller and certain features. Would definitely use again!

We got the CityMini GT and it was the perfect stroller for my 5 and 4 year olds. We did a day at SeaWorld and at Disney. We had no issues with our items in the storage compartments for easy access and quick pickups. The company was amazing at dropping off and picking up at our resort off property. The stroller was clean and in great shape. Would work with them for all future visits in Florida.

It was amazing how they dropped / delivered our stroller last minute to a different drop off spot and a different day and they were so easy to deal With and talk to in the app or what’s app !!

Accidentally ordered 2 strollers when I only needed one, and they double checked with me that I needed it and easily refunded me when I told them I had made a mistake. StrollerCare has been the best purchase for our trip this far! They gave our girls little coloring books to use and they were super useful waiting in lines to see characters and what not! We have had zero issues with our stroller and got poured on one day of our trip and they made sure we had a rain cover for the stroller! If we ever come Back to Disney World we will be sure to use StrollerCare again!

The stroller was very comfortable for my daughter. Before renting it, I was considering renting it in Disney parks but I am glad I didn’t because Disney’s strollers looked very uncomfortable and hard (only plastic!). For me it was also a relief to have the stroller delivered to my hotel. I didn’t have to worry about finding a place to rent one. My daughter is 6 years old and she can walk however she wouldn’t have made it in Disney’s parks. Kids get too tired and it is impossible to carry them. The stroller company contacted me and delivered the stroller right on time. I loved the stroller and the service from the company.

Amazing service! Very friendly lady brought our stroller to our hotel and showed us how to use it. Stroller itself was very clean and super easy to use. Also gave us a free rain cover which was needed and ended up being cheaper than the rest of the companies :)
