Great customer service! The stroller was amazing and made our time in the parks so much easier! They answered any questions I had and delivered the stroller to our rental. When I needed to change the return address it was easy to email them and have it changed. All I had to do was leave it at the front desk and they came and got it. The Bob stroller was so easy to push and had so much room for the kids to sit. We also were able to store all our things and everything we bought. Renting a stroller was so easy because of this company.

Rented for the first time were on time for delivery. Price was good no extra charges for everything. Pram was clean and they left a little surprise in it for the kids. (A rubber duck each which the kids loved). Will use again next time.

They dropped it off at our front door at the exact time they said they would, and picked it back up from our front door as well. The price is great the best around! I highly recommend this company. StrollerCare has made the process of renting a stroller and getting extra accessories so easy. I got to pick the pick up and drop off time and they met me at my resort! We got to the resort earlier then planned, so they offered to bring it to us earlier. We rented the glider with our stroller, which came in handy! I would definitely recommend this company and use them on our next vacation!

The stroller rental process was so smooth! They emailed us about an hour before they arrived and then texted us when they had arrived. The stroller was a perfect fit for our almost 4 year old. Having a drink console was great to hold our water bottles and fans. The stroller was incredibly easy to fold. Highly recommend renting from Stroller Care!

Great communication. We received emails and text alerts. Stroller was clean. Came with rain cover and nice parent caddy. We also got the optional snack tray. That made a huge difference for our son. He could have his water close. Plus was great place to hook stroller fan. Bonus was they had it labeled with our name so it was easy to find in the crowd.

My family and I had a wonderful experience with strollercare. They were very flexible with any changes we made to the order and when we had a flat tire, they made sure that a replacement stroller was promptly given to us. I wouldn’t have been able to do this vacation without them. I would 100% recommend and look forward to using them in the future.

Top notch ease of use experience for when travelling into Orlando from abroad. We had the stroller delivered well on time and with a small surprise for our kiddo. The stroller came in absolutely handy. It was a game changer for our trip especially when it rained or when we stayed at the parks late.

Delivery and pickup was very easy . They met me when it was convenient for me, which was a 7:00 AM drop off and a 10:00 PM pickup. They had great communication reminders about the rental such as where and when to meet and also ‘day of’ communication status on the person dropping off and picking up the stroller. The stroller was in great shape and very comfortable for my grand baby. I will definitely use them again on my next trip.

This is the fifth time we’ve used Stroller Care and we will be using them again. I always have a great experience with them & have never had any issues. I had to use a different company last trip because it was last minute and there weren’t strollers available with Stroller Care. The other company’s stroller was hard to push and wasn’t in the best condition. I never have that issue with Stroller Care. Their rentals are always in great condition, they communicate well and have always been flexible if my plans changed. Stroller Care is our favorite rental company by far. -Fantasmic Mama & Co.

Stroller was dropped off and picked up on time. There was even a small gift left. Stroller was of high quality and really beneficial on this trip. My daughter found it very comfortable. Stroller was delivered on time at resort for when we arrived, stroller was perfect for our requirements for walking a million miles around the Disney parks, getting on and off the transportation, it’s fair to say we gave it some serious use. The stroller was delivered on time and the agent was nice. We used it to go everywhere, including when riding Disney buses and Uber. The stroller was high quality, very comfortable and useful for carrying bags and stuff. They were fast in answering our messages. Renting the double stroller was a lifesaver while we maneuvered around Universal & Disney. It was smooth, comfortable and easy to collapse. The lady that dropped it off at our Airbnb was so sweet and friendly, she took the time to go through all the features and they even had a little gift for both of my kids (which was so unexpected and my kids loved it). It was so convenient to have them drop off and pick up. We would definitely rent from them again and will always recommend this company for stroller rentals.

These strollers are amazing. We got the double and it was so easy to get around disney and they folded very compatible. I have a 10month old and 4 year old that took comfy naps the whole Disney trips. Will never rent from Disney again. Price is amazing and they deliver and pickup. Thanks again!
