Great service! We rented a stroller for my 3 year old grandson. We flew into Orlando and had decided we didn’t need to bring one with us, big mistake. The online reservation was easy to do. Delivery was on time and we were provided instructions on how to use the stroller. They even included a little treat for my grandson. Overall the experience was a positive one.

Great customer service! The stroller was amazing and made our time in the parks so much easier! They answered any questions I had and delivered the stroller to our rental. When I needed to change the return address it was easy to email them and have it changed. All I had to do was leave it at the front desk and they came and got it. The Bob stroller was so easy to push and had so much room for the kids to sit. We also were able to store all our things and everything we bought. Renting a stroller was so easy because of this company.

They were amazing!! This was my first time renting strollers when we traveled and I will never take mine again!! (At least to FL) Even though I was so stressed when we arrived they went above and beyond to make life easier on me. Traveling with a 7, 5 and 2 year old as well as twin 7 month olds was stressful enough. Then I was at the wrong side of the airport from where they drop off but the AMAZING guy delivering the double strollers and car seat for my 2 year old walked all the way over to terminal A to bring me the 2 strollers and car seat so my husband and I didn’t have to go get them. They even came to pick them up at 4am at the airport! They also had sweet little gifts for each child and had their names on printed tags. The strollers and car seat were in excellent condition and came with a parent console and rain covers which were so handy! I will definitely be renting from them for all future trips to Orlando / Disney!!
