Clean stroller and cute surprise for the kiddos upon pick up! However had issue with wheel falling off and customer service never receiving our voicemail. Despite that issue, the stroller met our needs and was conveniently delivered to our hotel.

This was the easiest, most convenient way to get a stroller for Disney! They dropped it off at our front door at the exact time they said they would, and picked it back up from our front door as well. The price is great the best around! I highly recommend this company. Great communication. We received emails and text alerts. Stroller was clean. Came with rain cover and nice parent caddy. We also got the optional snack tray. That made a huge difference for our son. He could have his water close. Plus was great place to hook stroller fan. Bonus was they had it labeled with our name so it was easy to find in the crowd.

Last December, we went Universal Studio for a winter vacation. I know it would be a problem for my youngest son walking the entire day in the park so, I was looking for a stroller and we find this website strollercare. I book for the time period of our vacation. Great experience! We rented a single stroller for 6 days at WDW. Drop off was easy and the stroller was much nicer than anything you could get in the parks. Our daughter took a lot of naps inside, which saved our days honestly. We recommend highly!
