Great service from StrollerCare! They arrived earlier than expected (20min) but that was perfect for me. They texted me that they were at the resort and that I could come by when ready. Stroller arrived super clean and in great condition and the model version I was looking for! It also had the parent console and rain cover. Super easy transaction. They even left a small gift for my daughter! Tonight, I just got an email about the pending pick-up in 12hrs. Very efficient service and would definitely rent from them again if I need to! ✅ So reassuring to have emails before your arrival just confirming everything is in place and ready for when you touch down;
✅ Emails, text messages and attempted phone calls saying that the agent was at the resort waiting – our flight was late;
✅ Went our of their way to meet us at a later time that evening to make sure we have the stroller for our first full day;
✅ Full demonstration of the stroller on delivery;
✅ Stroller was clean and looked brand new – really good quality product in top condition I cannot recommend this company enough – thank you so much for all your help!

Awesome experience. Very accommodating to our plans and were willing to schedule around us. Service was top notch. They also gave small gifts to the kids when the stroller was dropped off and they had the kids names on the bags. Kids loved it. Thanks again.

Great stroller and service! Company made it super convenient by bringing it to the room at the resort. It included a rain cover, which was perfect for the very rainy day we had, and kept everything nice and dry.
