It took us longer to get to hotel than the time we scheduled and they waited very patiently for us to arrive. The stroller is great and is a NECESSITY for the kids at Disney!

The price was great, there were more options for pick up & drop off times to choose from, pick up & drop off were right on time, the stroller was in excellent condition, and there were helpful accessories to go with the stroller. We were very satisfied! The stroller was nice, moved easily and was clean. It was waiting at our hotel when we checked in. I changed our drop off and pick up times and it was easy to do and there were no issues. We had it picked up at Animal Kingdom and they were very accomodating. It was a seamless experience.
