Clean stroller and cute surprise for the kiddos upon pick up! However had issue with wheel falling off and customer service never receiving our voicemail. Despite that issue, the stroller met our needs and was conveniently delivered to our hotel.

Absolutely amazing service! We only decided last minute that we should really hire a pram so before we left the UK we booked one on the website.
