This service was excellent. They were on time, we were not, our plane was delayed. They waited for two hours, and when we still hadn’t arrived, they asked us to text when we arrived and they would come right back, and they did. We rented a Citimini GT. The stroller was really clean, I thought a rented stroller would be worn and dirty. It barely looked used. I was so very happy with this service, I would recommend it to anyone.

The stroller was there when I went to the front desk to pick it up though slight confusion because the stroller had my son’s name on it vs our last name. That was more of a front desk issue. Stroller was defiantly well used, a little frayed on the bottom and on the canopy but it’s a rental and the price could not be beat.
