Stroller Care was by far the most inexpensive option but the service was just as excellent as the more expensive services we have used in the past. We were going to forego using a booster this trip but because it was included with the stroller for such a tiny amount extra we decided to go ahead and rent one. Both items were clean and looked brand new. Delivery was right on time and left outside our door. I wish we knew about Stroller Care on previous trips!

Renting the double stroller was a lifesaver while we maneuvered around Universal & Disney. It was smooth, comfortable and easy to collapse. The lady that dropped it off at our Airbnb was so sweet and friendly, she took the time to go through all the features and they even had a little gift for both of my kids (which was so unexpected and my kids loved it). It was so convenient to have them drop off and pick up. We would definitely rent from them again and will always recommend this company for stroller rentals.

✅ So reassuring to have emails before your arrival just confirming everything is in place and ready for when you touch down;
✅ Emails, text messages and attempted phone calls saying that the agent was at the resort waiting – our flight was late;
✅ Went our of their way to meet us at a later time that evening to make sure we have the stroller for our first full day;
✅ Full demonstration of the stroller on delivery;
✅ Stroller was clean and looked brand new – really good quality product in top condition I cannot recommend this company enough – thank you so much for all your help!

I was very satisfied with my rental experience. the price was also very affordable and less than everyone else. The ability to rent nice car seats (compared to the crappy overpriced ones from car rental companies) was awesome! The rep delivered everything on time and at the car pickup place at the airport, The stroller was also top notch, new, and clean. My kids loved the stroller so much, we might buy the Citimini double stroller ourselves. I suggest trying to stay in contact with the company if you’re late or early (they are always available on chat or phone) Initially I didn’t see that many reviews about this company so I was worried, but I can vouch they are real, very professional and you’re getting nice quality stuff! I’m definitely using them again when I go to Disneyworld!
