Customer service was excellent! Very responsive. Dropped off and picked up with no problems. My kids were very comfortable in the double stroller and they had their own space!

Stroller pickup and drop off was extremely easy. The quality and condition of the stroller was as good as new. The best part was the service. Our flight was delayed and we could not drop the stroller off to the airport. The strollercare team accommodated this inconvenience and worked with us to pick the stroller up from a location that was convenient for us. Very impressed with them and would recommend this company to anyone who is seeking a stroller rental.

I rented a stroller and car seat from them and everything was clean and in great condition. The gift they left my son was fab too – a Hot Wheels car, not a cheap throwaway toy. We had some issues with our drop off but it was an easy and honest mistake due to plane timings, it got resolved quickly and amicably. I would recommend this company to anyone, they made our stay in Orlando far easier than it would have been.

Great rental no issues. Drop off easy with advice on how to fold etc. Used double Mini Jogger in parks for 10 days no issues folding/pushing etc. Thanks

Great service from StrollerCare! They arrived earlier than expected (20min) but that was perfect for me. They texted me that they were at the resort and that I could come by when ready. Stroller arrived super clean and in great condition and the model version I was looking for! It also had the parent console and rain cover. Super easy transaction. They even left a small gift for my daughter! Tonight, I just got an email about the pending pick-up in 12hrs. Very efficient service and would definitely rent from them again if I need to!
