The stroller was delivered on time and the agent was nice. We used it to go everywhere, including when riding Disney buses and Uber. The stroller was high quality, very comfortable and useful for carrying bags and stuff. They were fast in answering our messages. We also had a small change of plans and they were super kind in helping to find a quick solution.

We needed a last minute stroller and they did not disappoint! Priced below other Orlando stroller companies. Super fast response, excellent service for drop off and pick up at our resort! They were amazing!! This was my first time renting strollers when we traveled and I will never take mine again!! (At least to FL) Even though I was so stressed when we arrived they went above and beyond to make life easier on me. Traveling with a 7, 5 and 2 year old as well as twin 7 month olds was stressful enough. Then I was at the wrong side of the airport from where they drop off but the AMAZING guy delivering the double strollers and car seat for my 2 year old walked all the way over to terminal A to bring me the 2 strollers and car seat so my husband and I didn’t have to go get them. They even came to pick them up at 4am at the airport! They also had sweet little gifts for each child and had their names on printed tags. The strollers and car seat were in excellent condition and came with a parent console and rain covers which were so handy! I will definitely be renting from them for all future trips to Orlando / Disney!!
