Accidentally ordered 2 strollers when I only needed one, and they double checked with me that I needed it and easily refunded me when I told them I had made a mistake. There was a small gift left for our little one which was a nice touch. Dropped off at the hotel without us needing to be there. Stroller itself was very nice and moved smoothly. Perfect experience!

Great service from StrollerCare! They arrived earlier than expected (20min) but that was perfect for me. They texted me that they were at the resort and that I could come by when ready. Stroller arrived super clean and in great condition and the model version I was looking for! It also had the parent console and rain cover. Super easy transaction. They even left a small gift for my daughter! Tonight, I just got an email about the pending pick-up in 12hrs. Very efficient service and would definitely rent from them again if I need to! StrollerCare has made the process of renting a stroller and getting extra accessories so easy. I got to pick the pick up and drop off time and they met me at my resort! We got to the resort earlier then planned, so they offered to bring it to us earlier. We rented the glider with our stroller, which came in handy! I would definitely recommend this company and use them on our next vacation!

We had a wonderful experience! Stroller was at the resort despite a flight delay and they adjusted on the back end for another flight delay. Communication was perfect, stroller was clean and easy to roll. They even added a little surprise for my littles. Would definitely use them again!

It was perfect. Renting the strollers and car seats made we save a lot of cash. The gifts for the children were a super special bonus! After the long flight I could cheer them up by saying there were surprises waiting for them. The strollers looked like new and were super easy to use. Leonardo was very helpful and so kind to help us with our luggage during our return to the airport. Definitely will be renting with Strollercare again!
