Great stroller and service! Company made it super convenient by bringing it to the room at the resort. It included a rain cover, which was perfect for the very rainy day we had, and kept everything nice and dry.

Realmente estamos fascinados con el servicio que nos han brindado y el apoyo, es un servicio muy conveniente para los que visitamos los parques y queremos evitar cansancios para los pequeños. Envío fotos de inicio de la jornada y al final , obviamente en la mañana con toda la energía y ya al mediodía ya muy cansados pero con la ayuda del stroller fue todo más fácil.

We had a MAJOR delay in our flight and came in 4 hours late. Stroller care did not make a big deal of it. They adjusted our drop off time and were there waiting for us when we arrived. They were also there when we left! This company was super easy to work with, communicated well and their products were clean and worked well. We rented a double stroller with a glider and 3 car seats. Very happy and would use them again!

First class service right from the start!
✅ So reassuring to have emails before your arrival just confirming everything is in place and ready for when you touch down;
✅ Emails, text messages and attempted phone calls saying that the agent was at the resort waiting – our flight was late;
✅ Went our of their way to meet us at a later time that evening to make sure we have the stroller for our first full day;
✅ Full demonstration of the stroller on delivery;
✅ Stroller was clean and looked brand new – really good quality product in top condition I cannot recommend this company enough – thank you so much for all your help!
